Baton Rouge --> Lake Charles
Tin Roof Brewing is taking over our Tap Room on April 20th and bringing some of their best brews with them!
Paloma Gose - 4.25%
We’ve taken our house Gose and added lime, grapefruit and agave, creating a deeply crushable tropical dream of bright citrus, briny tartness and honeyed highlights.
Bayou Bengal Lager - 4.5%
This pale lager derives its prominent flavors of malt, bread, and light honey from high-quality German Pilsner malt.
Strawberry Blonde Ale - 5%
The perfect combination of 2 Row and Carapils malts mingled with a dollop of jammy strawberry puree and polished off with Cascade and Magnum Hops.
Heart Shaped Box IPA - 6.5%
With a base of white wheat, 2-Row, and piles of malted and flaked wheat and oats, our IPA really struts its stuff boasting full flavors of creamy white chocolate and a blast of tart raspberry. Citra and Meridian Hops even out the sweetness on the back end for a soft, cushiony landing.
Mean Green Mother IPA - 4%
Pilsen Malt and Flaked Oats build a foundation of blonde, pale base notes and a full, creamy texture. Dextrin Malt slides in with an earthy, smooth body, and Honey Malted Oats shine through with bold flavors of bread crust and sweet honey–but we’re not done!A triad of Loral, Wakatu, and Citra Hops burst onto the scene, each with a distinct profile detonating a blast of florals, bittered by earthy undertones and highlights of citrus and zesty lime.
Roadhouse WC IPA - 6.5%
Road House is our take on a modern West Coast style IPA, a beer that pours clear and crisp, with firm up front bitterness that gives way to waves of juicy hop flavor before finishing dry and refreshing.
